GARIS rentals represent a special type of offer created in cooperation with the platform community and GARIS partners. These are rentals available exclusively within the platform.
These offers may appear gradually and may not be available continuously. Their availability depends on current possibilities and collaborations within the platform.
How the map display works
Properties are displayed using markers directly on the map. When zooming in, individual offers are shown; when zooming out, markers group into clear clusters.
Using filters, it is possible to limit the display by property type or other available criteria.
What the GARIS map is not
- a complete overview of the entire real estate market
- a price comparison tool or appraisal tool
- legal or financial advice
